Support and Delivery Impact Award 2018

Nominations are now closed for the Impact Award.

The award sets out to recognise and celebrate the impact of an individual or team working within support and delivery.

The winner/s will be announced at the Support and Delivery annual event on 15 March 2018.

Entries are invited from those working across Support and Delivery, and themes include:

  • Making a difference
  • Continuous improvement
  • One small change

You will also need to state which aim of the Support and Delivery framework your application applies to:

Strategic aims

  1. Public
    We will increase opportunities for patients and the public* to participate in, and benefit from, safe ethical research, regardless of geographical locations.
  2. Research community
    We will enable industry and chief investigators to set-up studies in multiple sites across Wales in a single access, streamlined and efficient way.
  3. Staff
    We will attract and deploy appropriately skilled, qualified and experienced staff in a consistent way across Health and Care Research Wales, embedding shared values and behaviours.

Entries are invited from anyone working in the Health and Care Research Wales Support and Delivery service.

Application process

Applicants should note the word limit of 100 words. We also welcome a photo or image to support the application.

You can nominate yourself, your team, or colleagues and other teams.

You can submit as many applications as you wish.

We welcome applications in Welsh. Please note that applications received in Welsh will be translated into English before being assessed.

Registration forms must be completed online by 17:00 on 26 February 2018.
Applications will be assessed by a panel made up of members of Health and Care Research Wales’ Support and Delivery staff. 

The winner will be announced at the Support and Delivery annual event on 15 March 2018 at the Cardiff City Stadium.
