The Support & Delivery Centre is part of Health and Care Research Wales funded by Welsh Government. The Support& Delivery Centre’s role is to facilitate the implementation of Welsh Government policies by providing centralised support functions and services for the health and social care research community in Wales.

The Health and Care Research Wales Support & Delivery Centre research contracts officer will be a key part of the contracts team, providing advice and support with regards to legal contracts for NHS research to a wide range of stakeholders, including NHS R&D staff, staff working in non-commercial and commercial research funder organisations and researchers based in Universities and the NHS across Wales and the rest of the UK.

The post will also support a current high profile national project focused on a standardised single review of contracts for research taking place across multiple NHS organisations Wales. This aims to deliver faster set up of research, which will attract more high quality research to Wales for the benefit of our population.
