Submissions have now closed to display a poster or present at a showcase session at the Health and Care Research Wales conference on 25 October. We welcome all submissions, but would be particularly pleased to see submissions that address the conference theme of ‘future proofing research’.
Submissions are welcome from anyone and posters that are accepted for display will be shown at the Health and Care Research Wales conference in the poster area. Posters will be judged for the ‘Best Poster’ award which will be presented at the end of the conference.
We are offering the opportunity to express an interest in presenting during the showcase session at the conference. Presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes, including any time you wish to reserve for questions.
If you are not accepted to present, you will be offered the opportunity to display a poster.
Schedule for submissions:
Open: Thursday 5 July 2018
Close: Tuesday 28 August 2018
Authors informed of panel decision: w/c 17 September 2018
All posters must be in portrait layout, preferably A0 size (841 x 1189 mm). Landscape layout is not permitted.
A PDF of your poster must be received by the conference no later than Monday 8 October 2018.

More details regarding formatting and display of posters will be sent when informed of the panel’s decision.
Your presentation should be no more than 10 minutes in length, including any time you wish to reserve for questions.
A screen with audio options will be available on the day.
Presentations should be sent to email@example.com by the date confirmed in notification of acceptance.
Presentations should be created in 16:9 ratio format.
All presenters must register to attend to the conference.
