Could you be a winner at the MediWales Innovation Awards?

Submit an application now to be in with the chance of winning the Research Excellence in the NHS award, sponsored by Health and Care Research Wales, at the thirteenth annual MediWales Innovation Awards on 4 December 2018.

This award is for anyone working in the NHS who has delivered a translational research project, with a particular focus on applied and public health research that has had a positive impact on the health, wellbeing or prosperity of the people in Wales.

Alongside the Health and Care Research Wales sponsored award, the event will feature a number of prizes across industry and NHS categories, offering a platform to identify outstanding achievements in the life sciences sector in Wales, including:

Over 300 VIPs and guests come together for this gala evening to celebrate the achievements of the NHS, life science and health technology communities. This year the event will take place at the National Museum of Wales in Cardiff.

Carys Thomas, joint Interim Director of Health and Care Research Wales, said: “In recognition of the excellent research undertaken daily to improve the lives of patients in Wales, Health and Care Research Wales is delighted to be an Awards Partner for the award for ‘Research Excellence in the NHS’.
