The Association of Directors of Social Services (ADSS) Cymru and Social Care Wales are delivering a unique conference experience. They are developing a joint event that will be the foremost showcase and networking opportunity for social care in Wales. This event will have something for every care workforce member, from frontline staff involved in delivering care to children, adults and their families to managers, and senior decision makers in local and national government.
For the first time ever, the 2018 conference will be attended by a wider delegation from across the care sector with an anticipated attendance of 600 staff, including people who work in social services, social care, early years and childcare in Wales, from frontline practitioners to senior decision makers, as well as social work and social care students.
A variety of social events, including a welcome reception and well-being festival at the Royal College of Music and Drama will also provide an ideal forum for networking with delegates and other exhibitors and sponsors.
Health and Care Research Wales will be in attendance at a research zone organised by The Wales School of Social Care Research.
There will be lots of opportunities to be part of next year's conference, with a variety of sponsorship and exhibitor packages on offer.
