Excellent communication skills are an essential requirement of high-quality research practice. This course is aimed at people who wish to address challenges in communication and manage difficult behaviour within their working relationships in the research setting.
The course will cover the principles of assertive communication, conflict management, principles and practice of Transactional Analysis and trouble-shooting.
